I also have PCOS. I had some implantation bleeding but my doctor told me if i didnt have a cycle i wasn’t ovulating. Everyones body is different though but if you havent had a cycle in 2 months. Honestly i wouldnt think implantation bleeding this late.

I will tell you that i saw an OB and there is medication for women with Irregular cycles called Provera( Progesterone is the generic brand). You take it for 10 days to start a cycle. They can also run blood work to see if you are fertile and just not ovulating. This was my problem so i take provera to start and then i take another medication on cycle day 5-9. The other meds for ovulation that i know of is called Metforman, Clomid, & Letrazole. They come in different doesage and you try and go in for blood work to see if it made you ovulate. I have gotten pregnant successfully twice. I sadly miscarried the first time, at no fault of the meds though. I got pregnant 28 days later and i my daughter will be 2 in 2 weeks. Im starting the cycle all over again today for baby number 3.

Good luck to you. I know its alot of information but when i tell my story alot of women think that they have to go to fertility specialists first or just simply dont know that they can get cheap help to try before moving to higher steps.
