IVF protocol with low ovarian reserve at ???

Please share your IVF protocol if you have low amh and or low antral follicle/egg reserve. Mentally preparing for IVF early nov.

I had done bcp and took lupron for 5 days then started stims. 150 Menopour and 375 Gonal f and then hcg trigger shot. Beginning of cycle I started with 11 follicles at my baseline at the end i had 3 And zero to transfer. I think the bcp and lupron over suppressed me. I’m in my second cycle doing a Microflare protocol. I’m taking a microdose of lupron 300 Menopour and 300 Gonal f. having low ovarian reserve you may not have the quantity however I did notice that my follicles from Sunday morning to tues morning grew 10mm I couldn’t believe it. I have another appointment tomorrow morning and possibly triggering in the evening for retrieval Friday. So far I have 5 follicles that are big.

I used Estradiol patch leading up to the start of my cycle. Day 2 scan and lab work, and started stim meds then. Gonal F 225 and Menopur 150. Repeat scans/labs every other day until time to trigger and do egg retrieval.

I had low ovarian reserve, Dr recommended me to be on Coq10 and a baby aspirin everyday along with birth control so they know exactly where I’m at. Started menopur injections ( 3 vials) a day, gonal f daily. Then after ultrasound monitoring, when you’re ready you do a trigger shot then comes egg retrieval day. I had 8 follicles and 7 matured and fertilized. ( it’s not about quantity of follicles but quality) after 5 days we did a fresh cycle, got pregnant but ended in a MC at 5 weeks.. you’ll be on progesterone suppositories and estrogen.. 2 months later started FET, and paid for the assisted hatching.. this time differently we did estrogen n progesterone shots. ( estradiol patches we’re giving me a reaction and the last time i spotted. Injections are more $$$ but your body absorbs it better) continued with estrogen every 3 days and progesterone in oil everyday til 10 weeks and I’m currently 28 weeks and 3 days with my Baby girl 💗💗💗.. this is my success story. We’ve tried for 3 years! *advice* after injecting the progesterone in oil, massage the area, it is thicker but massaging it will help and hopefully cause no bruising! Hubby was good at that! I started on birth control. Then 150 menopur and 300 gonal-F. Plus they added human growth hormone for egg quality. I only have 1 ovary and they retrieved 7 eggs.
