Hello!!! :)

I’m 20 years old and for about a month now i’ve had this lump on my breast it hurt like crazy that from just a simple accidental grace from arm and big ouch!

I ignored it since the pain went away a tad but it recently got bad again and I actually noticed that the lump increased in size i’d day now its roughly about 4 cm, mind you I have very small breasts so a big lump is definitely noticeable! I originally thought it was due to my period but it’s lasted way too long and I’ve never since I can remember complained of breast tenderness before much less a lump. I am currently on period and im not on BC.

I’ve always felt around to know if I notice any changes which is why I definitely knew this wasn’t normal for me. I would feel around my left breast to see perhaps I noticed something but nothing! Should I be worried?? I’m thinking of going to the ER but I also don’t want to waste the doctors time nor mine if it’s not something I should worry about. Any thoughts?
