I’m only 17 year old.. I have veryy bad constipation.. I haven’t gone for a bowel movement for around a week now and 2 days ago I started experiencing this burning/stinging pain around my bumhole. It feels like I have to poop but when i go and try all I feel is pain and stinging. The burning/stinging sensation comes and goes.. it’s really hard to walk and I have school....

Any tips on how i can have a bowel movement and eliminate the pain and stinging?

P.S I really don’t want a doctor to look in/at my bumhole because that is really uncomfortable for me.
