Would you complain ...

Went to triage last night as baby wasn’t moving, they put me on monitors and said she is very sleepy and she is better off out than in right now. Gave me a number to contact this morning told me to ring at 8am and get a time to be induced today.

Ring this number told that no midwives are available ... ring back in half an hour. No problem.

Ring back again, the lady has no record of me, doesn’t know why I am calling, doesn’t have an information on me and was asking ME all my background as to why I am being induced etc ..

After a lengthy phone call she said I’ll take your number and call you back because I honestly don’t have anything here on you 🙄
