So an update on my post 2 weeks ago about Chasteberry fruit (UK Vitex) I am taking one in the morning and one in the night before bed. I've lost 7 pounds!! And I feel amazing! My moods are so much better, I'm not angry or moody. I feel like myself again. Pains are less. I feel like a new woman. I swear these are a miracle and I'm always sceptical about taking pills. I am so happy!!! 😁

Everyone is different and you should not take these if you're on birth control.
