A week into my cycle (after what seemed like a normal period, albeit one day shorter than usual), I started to get really nauseous and my boobs hurt. Took a test and had a vfl. Then the next day another. Then the NEXT day a negative test. The following day I started to bleed really heavily and had cramps (two weeks before my period should have arrived). Bleeding lasted about four days. Did I miscarry? If so, what can I expect my next cycle to be like? I should have my period now if it weren’t for the mid cycle bleeding/miscarriage, but I don’t. Any thoughts appreciated!
