Ph levels all whack

So my vagina has been having odor . I went to my on/Gyne to get checked for std and yeast infections and stuff .. all came back negative.. she suggested unscented soap and have my partner pull out .. I started doing both not long ago .. maybe about 2 weeks now and don’t see any change.. how long would it take for my ph level to become normal again?
