First day no smoking
I’m not loving it. I’ve quit before and I’ve always done it cold turkey. I’m trying to keep myself busy so I don’t eat instead of smoking.
I’ve never liked the patches or what have you.
Thinking of getting a vape to help me out for the first little while.
Thoughts? Or other suggestions?
