I had a sweep 20 hours ago and it hurt and then 30 mins later I went to bathroom and this all happened. Then 25 mins After that I went to pee again and saw the SAME amount of blood. I had bad pains for 1 hour after the sweep. We ate and went home and I had a large bowel movement then diarrhea once. I rested and experienced mild cramping on and off since but no signs of labour.
