Does yoga help with weight loss?
To start out on my fitness journey, I have decided to try some yoga. I read a little bit about how it doesn't really aid with weight loss because it doesn't burn as many calories as traditional cardio or weightlifting.
Does anybody here swear by it or do it often enough to see results? Obviously I will eventually switch over to weights and calisthenics, but I thought this would be a good place to start. Any advice?
