What happens in life that people have to just stomp on u and don’t try but still hurt u?

Answer

Happiness comes from within. When you don’t seek it in other people. When you stop caring what other people think of you and realize the only opinion that matters is your own. When you have the everyone can kiss my butt attitude and know that their opinions are dust in the wind and don’t matter. If you aren’t happy, you change what you can, and what you can’t change, you learn to love accept and embrace yourself. When you don’t seek others approval or acceptance. When you are content with your life and your decision and path that you chose and not let anyone stop you from reaching those goals. Whether it’s losing weight, finishing college, your dream job, etc. You do what you gotta do. You sacrifice your time and energy and relationships to meet those goals. You put yourself first and stop trying to please others. You do your best and if you fail you try again or different way. There’s a cleaning product called formula 409. It failed 408 times before they got it right. Life is what you I make it. Figure out a plan. Don’t look for happiness in the one that took it away to begin with. Make your own path.
