Has anyone had cramps only when you stand up?

11 weeks today and having discomfort only when I stand up. Like a dull ache. Anyone with me and can ease my mind? Dehydration maybe?

10w4d and same. But not only when I stand. Currently laying down and have it. I have an app tomorrow. Not for the pain by second ultrasound to hear babies heart. I plan to ask a million and one questions. Praying everything is okay though.
