Pcos question? Please read :)

I was diagnosed with pcos around 2 years ago when me and my husband decided to go to a fertility dr but there’s no telling how long I had it before that. I’ve never had a normal cycle since I was a teenager (I’m now 27) AFter 2 years of seeing the dr and still not conceiving I gave up and stopped taking all the medications that made me have a period and induce ovulation. I’m now starting to have normal cycles for some reason af has arrived for the past 4 months followed by good ovulation signs also... could my pcos be getting better or something? Is it a possibility without all of the medication?
