Need some advice.
So I had my baby a little over a year ago. I gained like, almost 60lbs.

I’ve lost about 50lbs since I had my son, but I’m still not where I want to be. I am, however, able to jog for a long period of time now ( I’ve never been able to do that) and I feel good. But I don’t feel comfortable with my body still. I would like to get back to my pre baby body. I was 185 in the first picture and I’m now 202.
Any advice or tips?
I work 8-4 M-F and have my son most of the time when I’m not working. (His dad and I are not together) I travel an hour to work everyday. I’ve tried the Keto Diet and it worked, but idk if I have the energy for that again.
