I am depressed and so is my SO, I don’t know where to start.. My SO is 23 I’m 21 I’ve basically moved into his family home with his 10 year brother I’ve been here for four months, we have adopted his brother because their mum passed away 3 weeks ago, me and my SO just had a big chat about how we don’t go out anywhere anymore together and how we are indoors all the time and I’m also home sick but I wouldn’t dream of leaving to stay home with my mum for a little while because of everything they are going through I just don’t know what to do we are both just so depressed and life at the moment is taking a toll on us.

note; we are both have been to the doctors and have been given depression tablets and he has been signed of work for 4 months I haven’t been signed off.
