This isn’t some hot gossip to debate but as many people as I seen in traffic this last week.. there’s obviously plenty of people on the opposite end of things.

On the way to the beach we hit traffic and we passed SEVERAL cars with a parent HOLDING THEIR CHILD in their arms 😳 .. in the car. While it was moving 😳

At one point we hit some pretty heavy intense rain with wrecks happening every couple of miles. It really baffles me parents think this is safe?
