Sick 1 month old?

I need some help. 
For about 1 week now, my baby girl has had a cough that is dry and a little congestion. The only thing is, those symptoms are only there around 5-6am in the morning and I can hear congestion but I don’t see any snot and her breathing sounds clear. It doesn’t effect her eating or sleeping. No fever either. 
What could this be? Should I be worried? She goes to the dr this week. What should I ask?

My baby has the same thing, we brought her to the pediatrician and she said to put her belly down, face to the one side and put some saline drops in her nose and turn sides and put some on the other nose, then use a nose suction device (we use nosefrida) to suck up all the mucus. We do it twice a day, when she wakes up and before she goes to bed.

I have the same thing! I spray her nose with arm and hammer nasal saline her doc suggested it at her check up. it’s aerosol so she doesn’t need to inhale as it’s sprayed (well she can’t) and then use a nose frida and suck.. I get a big booger everyday

Probably just weather related. I became paranoid last week with my newborn girl when he brother got a cold. Over analyzing  any cough sneeze and very minimal runny nose. You would think by #4 it would be easier. She never developed a fever and her poop stayed the same so I calmed down.
