So confused. I’ve been cramping

I’ve been cramping since the day I ovulated, off and on all day-everyday. AF due in 3-4 days but I got a BFN. Super exhausted and randomly nauseas... My boobs hurt so bad, but then again maybe it’s cuz my period might be near. What do you guys think?
