Septum in uterus?

Has anyone had to have surgery for a septum in their uterus?  A septum in basically a line that goes through the middle of my uterus to make it look heart shaped but doesn't go all the way through.  Just wondering if anyone else has been through this.

Yes! I just had surgery last week. Laparoscopic and hysteroscopic. Full anesthesia so I was resting and crampy for about 4 days before I felt better . Dr said to wait 2 cycles to TTC but is hopeful that we can have a helathy pregnancy now! I'd say definitely do the surgery if is an option- provides a lot of relief and peace of mind and will reduce some of the stress of my next pregnancy!

I just had mine removed in April.  Same as above.  Full anesthetic,  I went in at 1 and was home by 4pm. Took no time to recover.  Just a few days.  Having my first period since now.
