What do y’all do to manage the fur?? Currently 8 months pregnant & idk if it’s the nesting or I’m finally just losing my mind, but this fur is just too much. I have a German Shepard/husky mix, but he 100% has husky fur. He seems to shed his undercoat all year round (maybe because we are in southern Texas, I’m not sure)

But he’s inside 99% of the time, so I’m sweeping/vacuuming almost everyday. I brush him for an hour and take out so much, but somehow there’s always more.

Obviously since we’re expecting I’m not wanting to drop a ton of money. But I’m just curious what y’all do

Is there a type of grooming to reduce the shed? Anything???
