I’m too shy to kiss my boyfriend?

Okay I’m 15 and i am a very shy human being unless I’m with my friends. So I am dating this guy anddd he is my first boyfriend so I know it’s normal to be shy we had kissed but only like a small kiss on the lips. He has tried to kiss me and when I’m in the moment like I do feel like I want to kiss him but I just pull back like I am too shy I get nervous and I need advice! Has any of you gone through this? If yes what helped!

I’m in college now and my first relationship was like that when I was 16. Don’t feel bad about it it’s ok to be a little shy or scared especially if he’s your first relationship. I would just like to give you advice I wish someone had told me when I was dealing with it. It’s not a big deal, honestly, if you’re not ready, but if you reaaaally like this guy then you should try. 
I really liked my bf but we were actually both too scared to make a move and our relationship ended with us kissing twice - literally twice. We dated for months lol. It’s been years but I still regret not just womaning up and kissing him because if we had gotten the affection thing right I really think it could have worked. 
My advice would be to tell him that you’re nervous and it’s not about him - that way he doesn’t worry he’s doing something wrong. Second, just keep telling yourself stuff like a mantra until you get more comfortable like “I’m safe with him” and “I can do this”. It’s gonna be a little awkward but that’s fine! That’s being a teenager! If you’re totally cool with being kissed but you’re too scared to do it yourself you could always just ask him to kiss you and like “kiss through” the awkwardness or nervousness for a minute or so haha. 
And if at the end of the day you can’t do it or you’re not ready there isn’t anything wrong with you and that’s totally fine. It doesn’t mean you won’t be in a healthy relationship someday, it doesn’t mean you won’t be able to kiss anyone ever, it just means maybe not right now. I’ve had plenty of kisses with tons of guys by now and I also had a year long relationship so if I can do it you can do it. Good luck! 💓
