My husband and I have been together for nearly 10 years. For most of the time, I’ve been on some sort of birth control, except when trying for our two year old, and recently (trying for a second but had a miscarriage in August). The birth control has done a pretty good job of keeping the cramps in check (I have endometriosis).

I’m on the second day of my period. Cramps are pretty intense. I was groaning and holding onto the edge of the table at lunch, and he asks if I need to go to the hospital.

Umm honey I have endometriosis and its my period. I can’t exactly go to the hospital every month!! Hahahaha
