So weird

Hi girls... had my last menstruation on 17 September and ovulated 3 October. Did a test the Saturday before Af would arrive and although many said it was evap, it was positive so on the day AF was supposed to start, I only had brown discharge with some pinkish but never got to blood. Sorry for TMI. It was enough to fill pads over the 4 days I had it.

So yesterday afternoon and this morning I had the faintest positives but its there.

So my question is... can pcos or metformin and the cysts the doctor saw in September cause this?
