Grateful for even the smallest changes

Last night I noticed a change in cervical mucus for the first time since February. For the last 8 months it's been almost non-existent and watery, but I saw creamy CM. Still not fertile, but at least I know my body is doing SOMETHING, maybe even getting ready for AF to visit.

I started doubling up on my prenatal vitamins, taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I did my research first and made sure I wouldn't be over the upper limit of any of the potentially harmful vitamins. I decided to do this because I was looking into a popular (and expensive) birth control detox and the components were literally just higher amounts of what's already in my prenatal vitamins + vitex. If I don't see AF by the end of November then I'm going to try adding in Vitex. If I still haven't seen it by the end of December then my doctor says I may have no choice but to try a few cycles of estrogen based BC to kind of "jump start" my cycle.

I'm also drinking at least one cup of raspberry leaf tea every day, I've cut back on caffeine (only 3 cups/day rather than anything from a full pot to even 2.5 pots), I'm eating a lot of spinach and berries, and I'm working out. I just want to see my body working how it should again, and I'm trying desperately to keep my weight under control.
