Bloom wipes (we get them on Amazon) They’re great for sensitive skin and were recommended by multiple friends. My daughter is 6w and hasn’t had even a hint of diaper rash or irritation so far!

I make my own but if i didn't, I'd use water wipes. we used the kirkland brand from costco with our first. (9 years ago) so water wipes weren't a thing yet.
