I hit yes and totally meant no. 🤦🏼‍♀️ You can have yo to 200 mg. of caffeine a day. It’s hard to determine the amount if you make it yourself so I always stuck to one cup a day.

I cut back a lot just because it really doesn't do much for me anyway so why not? I still drink a cup or two on weekends.

I drink coffee every morning like 3/4 cups and my baby boy is very healthy growing great actually above where he should be..some days I drink less coffee but usually about 3/4 with cream and sugar and everything is going great 💙

You don’t have to give it up, maybe just cut back. You can have 200mg of caffeine per day, which is usually 1-2 cups depending on if it’s instant/filter, etc. When I was pregnant I was too nauseous to drink it during the first trimester, but got my craving back by the second. I regularly had 1-2 cups a day and gave birth to a healthy girl in July.

I have one cup of caffeine (tea or coffee) 3-4 times a week. Before I would have it every day, sometimes multiple cups - so I’ve cut back, but research says up to 200 mg is totally fine.

I didn’t drink much during the first trimester but now that I’m in the 2nd trimester and it’s chillier outside I have been having a cup in the mornings. Not sure if that has helped with energy but I am feeling much more productive these days!

So Ive always been a caffeine junky lol prior to pregnancy i was drinking like 600+mg a day...yes iknow bad but its the only thing that helps with my chronic pain. So when i got pregnant and tried to reduce intake i got sick and bad withdrawls, my ob told me to drink at least 400mg a day and that this level was safe enough for me because my body is already used to the levels and baby is doing just fine 😁
Am 33 weeks now and having no problems at all!

I didn’t throughout my first trimester. A few weeks after my 2nd started i felt confident enough to drink it. As long as it’s a cup you’re ok. And pair it with lots of water 😊 although you should be doing that anyways lol
