So December 8th 2017 was the last time I was on the patch. I stopped using it due to a blood clot in my left lung. I was on blood thinners 6 months. During those 6 months I was not preventing but not planning a pregnancy. Since coming off the blood thinners we decided to try for another. We have tried 2 different things to help conceive since it’s not happened. I took premama and it did nothing for me. We tried preseed many times and nothing. I tested for ovulation 2-3 months in a row and I never got a positive. My period comes every 2-3 months and when it shows it’s usually just little over 2 weeks long. I have a lot of clots during the periods. Some times it’s super heavy and some times it is not. Between the periods I have 2-3 days of spotting. With my first child I stopped using birth control in October 2011 and got pregnant April 2012. With my second I got my nexplanon removed mid January 2016 and became pregnant mid-end of February.

I plan to see a dr soon once we get insurance figured out. My husband just separated from the military so we have to switch insurance.

Anyone else experience this? Any advice?
