First 6 weeks 🤢

I can just have one meal a day and I swear I just take bites of it and I am full but that’s not the worst part. The worst part is I feel like I have the food on my throat for the rest of the day and I am always trying to burp . I swear this is the second worst thing to nausea 😫 I just want to be able to eat and feel good about it . I know I am losing weight.

Is there any thing I can do about it , help a prego women out here 🙏🙏
