Ways to lose a pound in a day?
Hi I have a weight loss goal for the month I have been on keto for about 2 months with a 1 week break and I had 1 cheat day this month, I never gain any weight when I go on breaks but by Saturday I need to be down by 4 pounds to reach my goal I have been going to the gym and probably will every day this week a so some intermittent fasting but was wondering if anyone had a trick for me to get down to 1 pound less by tomorrow night so I am back on track!
