Exercise prior and during pregnancy !
Hey ladies ! I’m 25 years old , Before and during my first pregnancy I wasnt active ... after I had my daughter I became really active with weight lifting . I’m currently lifting as heavy as 170 pounds , I’ve done some research as I’m trying to get pregnant , and I’ve basically come to the conclusion that I can’t lift more than 50 pounds in any exercise . Are there any pregnant and weight lifting moms who could give me more advice or opinions 💕
