Apps for macros and glucose testing

I’ve heard some comments/complaints about keeping and printing out a log of glucose tests, how hard it is to count macros, etc. There are two apps that I swear by that are good at doing this:

MyFitnessPal - helps you log foods, count calories, keep track of macros, and in the paid version, set goals for yourself and count calories by meal.

Sugar Sense - keep a running log of your testing values, reminders for when to test, and an easy email and share function which eliminates the need for lugging reams of paper logs to your OB

Both apps are free and come with a lot of functionality. Paid versions have a little more bells and whistles, but really not necessary. Together, they offer the best way of keeping track of your glucose intake and your body’s response to it, and a detailed way to communicate with your doc.
