Hey mommas, I need some help. I’ve been having horrible back pain today that spreads from my back to my front and feels like someone is almost squeezing me. I’ve had mild cramping but nothing serious, no blood but more vaginal discharge than normal (I had sex last night and thought it was from that ). There’s a pressure in my vagina since the back pain has begone almost like she’s about to fall out (I don’t know if that’s because I’m in pain and was running hot water over my back and she was trying to get away from that or what). I just really need help knowing what’s going on and making sure it’s not preterm labor, thanks!
