Midnights

So my husband is starting something he’s never done before.. working MIDNIGHTS! They are offering him a whole $2 more just to do it, and this helps us because one of us will be home to watch our little puppy. I was just wondering, does working midnights effect your relationship? We’ve been so used to going to sleep next to each other, is it going to be hard? His hours are 11:30pm-7:30am. Advice, experience, etc is very appreciated.
