It can, especially if your in a customer view area. People tend to hire better looking people for customer view jobs because customers will think they are nicer, spend more money, and will return more.

It shouldn’t. I have acne and I’ve worked for cosmetic companies. Depends on how shallow the interviewer is

I was a hiring manager for retail and it never effected the outcome of if I hierd someone. As long as your clean and well presented. Now there are some people that do focus on looks but not as much as you would think.

I’m a business management major, and this should absolutely NOT have an impact! In a perfect world, it wouldn’t... but there are some shallow business owners/managers out there. If it does impact your interview, rest assured, you don’t want to work for them anyways! Absolutely it shouldn’t be factored in though, it’s something that you cannot control. If it is a factor, you’ll never know, because you aren’t in the other interviews.
