19w6d- Crust on my nipples
This is totally TMI but I have crust in my nipples, and I figured it was colostrum but this early into my pregnancy? I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow but I noticed the crust last week sometime. Will bag balm help? Or vitamin e oil? I'm not sure what to put on my nipples. They are pretty sensitive and they hurt sometimes.
