7w6d but baby measures 5-6 weeks!!

I am 7w6d and went in for an emergency appointment today because I've been bleeding since Saturday. I also have cramping, like menstrual pain.

She could only see the sac but it looked like there was a heart beating (very blurry so she could hardly see).

Baby measured 5-6 weeks only.

I'm bleeding like I have my period and I'm super worried.

She set up a new appointment next Thursday to see how things are going. The waiting is extremely long.

My SO and I are devestated and are hoping for the best but are expecting the worst.

Anyone with similar experiences who things turned out just fine for?

We are crying our eyes out 😢
