So if it comes down to the two top presidential candidates do you vote for the one that is in your party? Like If one was a Democrat and the other Republican and you're a Republican, would you vote solely on the fact that he/she is a Republican?

The reason I ask this is because I'm not an anything really I feel people should be voting on each's individual views not on parties nor do I think there should even be a label of a party put on anyone... But I always hear someone saying well I'm voting for him because he's the only Democrat/Republican.... it's literally like everyone sees each party as black and white (in this case red and blue). And always the other party gets shamed by the other even though not every Democrat/Republican is the same.
