So, I just got an email at work telling me I can’t store my breast milk in the food fridge at work. WTFFF??

my office has a pump room downstairs with a mini fridge (electrical closet with chair/sink). I was recently moved into an office upstairs for a promotion which has been amazing for pumping. I asked them if I could move the mini fridge to my office temporarily since I’m the only one pumping in the office, but the outlets in my new office couldn’t handle it. Totally fine and understandable. But, they are telling me I still need to store my milk in the mini fridge designated for pumping/milk. I currently store in one of the 3 regular fridges in our break room upstairs in lunch bags (can’t see what’s inside). Anyone ever heard anything like this??
