6-7 month old sleeping habits
How is your 6-7 month olds sleeping at night?
My daughter just turned 7 months and she has started waking every 2-3hrs for some reason. She was sleeping through the night then started waking up every 2 hrs. Nothing has changed with night habits. She eats a little bit bit even an ounce sometimes.
I do not and will not do the crying it out method either.
Any tips would be helpful.
