Buddy for motivation??
I am nineteen, and I'm not quite overweight, but if I keep my habits, then I will be. I am 5'4, and weigh 165. I would like to lose some weight and gain some muscle, but would also LOVE for someone to help encourage me every day to exercise and to remind me NO SODAS. I love water and drink it more often. I'd also like to cut sweets as well. Someone want to help? 😅☺️ please and thank you!
