How can you determine if someone is in fact 100% guilty? No. You shouldn’t put someone to death. 
My “sperm donor” spent my entire life in prison because my sister falsely accused him of rape. Should he be put to death..? NO.

Nope. Death is the easy way out. Let the sick fucks get put in a room with someone who will torture them and give them no mercy. Just like they did to their victims. They deserve to suffer and rot in their cell.

I don't believe in the death penalty. People who do terrible things absolutely need to be punished, but I don't believe anyone "deserves" to die. On top of that, death row convictions eat up so may resources in appeals and other costs, it would be cheaper to give them life without parole.

Honestly, when it's those involved with child sexual assault cases I can't help but go red and want the absolute worst for them. My humanity reminds me that I don't decide who dies for certain crimes but the mom part of me wants them all to be sent to an island where the absolute worst things happen to them. 🤷‍♀️

I don't agree with the death penalty just because there's a lot of innocent people that get put on death row. If I hadn't taken a forensic course, I probably wouldn't even realize how often it happens.
