Does it hurt when you get up?

So I’m 20 weeks and whenever i try to get up off the couch i seriously feel like im squishing the baby. Like I’m squishing something and it’s uncomfortable lol. Anyone else?

Yessss it happens every time I get up from my work chair too. How am I supposed to get through the next 17 weeks like this?

I’m still comfortably sleeping on my back. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But when I get up, it all gets squashed😁 so I get up like a turtle, slowly and step by step.
