Possible miscarriage?

Hey all! So I’m overthinking, like usual, anyone know if you have had a missed miscarriage before, if your chance is higher to have a second one? My appointment is next week, but I’m terrified I’m going to go, and not see a heartbeat, again. I have symptoms, just like last time. I’m just worried to death. 😭 really want this rainbow baby.

I had a missed miscarriage in May and am now 8 weeks but when I was reading the statistics it’s lower, and when my doctor and I talked about it if it happened again it could just be a problem with the  progesterone levels so you could always have those checked

I fee you! I had a miscarriage in May. Went yesterday for my 8 week scan and we have a healthy baby in there. If you have had one miscarriage, your chances are just the same as anyone else. Try to remain calm, I know it’s easier said than done. Just think positive thoughts. Praying for you!

I know the feelings you’re having I’m the same way. I have heard that the chances of having a second miscarriage are very slim. I just went to the doctor yesterday and thankfully we heard the heartbeat. My OB gave me a speech about not being totally out of the woods yet, but that hearing the heartbeat does decrease our chances of miscarriage and we are further along than we were before. Just hang in there, have faith, stay positive. You will have your rainbow baby!
