How long should I wait to have sex after using yeast infection treatment?

So I went to the doctor not to long ago and she prescribed me some vaginal cream that I have to insert inside for 3 nights. Last night was the last day of taking the treatment and I’m feeling pretty ok but I just want to make sure this doesn’t come back. So if anyone knows is it ok to have sex right way or should I wait a lil longer?
