The only ones I personally agree with are “don’t come if you’re sick” and “don’t post the arrival on social media before we do”. All the others are too over the top in my opinion. 🤷‍♀️

I agree 100%. Those saying these are over the top...do you know what a simple kiss can do to an infant? 
Nope. These will all be my rules. Along with asking before showing up.

I agree with all except the pictures one.. If my mom wants to take a pic of her grandchild, or my sister her niece/nephew, that wouldn't bother me.

I actually agree with the no personal pictures rule. Our daughter was in NICU and I didn't allow anyone to take pictures of her in there or a few weeks after she came home. When asked, I would send pictures to people and strictly said no to anyone posting on social media! I feel as the parents, you have every right to keep those precious pictures to yourself. If grandma wants a pic, she can ask for one.

The nerd in me finds the excessive exclamation points and incorrect “your” as making your rules less important and credible. This paper seems to be yelling. Who are you yelling at before anything actually happens? Totally your choice to have these expectations, but I hope you word them a bit kinder if you’re sending this out to people actually visiting. 
Also, most hospitals have the “don’t visit if feeling ill” signs posted at entrances, so that one is generally common knowledge.

Some of the rules relating to photos and general social etiquette may seem over the top to others but I completely get it. There are some people in our lives that need reminding of these things (you’d think not giving out a room number would be common sense!)
In the end of the day it’s about what you feel comfortable with, but do expect that there will be people who will still disregard and break the rules. I had to learn that I couldn’t control everything, to relax and let some things go. I agree with the previous comment about yelling though, it does feel a bit accusing with the capital letters, underlining and exclamation points. 
On hand washing though - totally reasonable. Our hospital had signs everywhere. When someone asks to hold the baby you could just pass them the hand sanitiser first and politely ask them to clean their hands while you pick up bub and get ready to hand over. Our room had a dispenser on the wall so I directed guests to use it before handing over my little one.
