What should I do ?

Okay so, I have this close guy friend ( we meet in 10th grade during math class) since then we been so close. This year (which is senior year) we been even more close than ever, lately he has been texting me all this sweet stuff and he has been taking me out to drink a coffee or just go get Mexican food plus staying after school for a couple of hours( I feel so uncomfortable for him wasting money , I have suggest to pay put won't let me) . He knows that I been in a really bad relationship and his has seen me in my lowest . I been catching feeling for him and I don't know what to do. My friends are suggesting me to tell him what i am feeling but I'm scared.
