Bleeding after uncomfortable bowel movement?

I am now 18 weeks pregnant and for the second time I have had light vaginal bleeding after a b.m.  Is this normal?  Does anyone know why it happens?

Definitely normal from the all the straining. Try to get a stool softener such as colace to help.

Can be normal as your cervix doesn’t take as much to get irritated, but talk to your dr.

Yes normal. You break blood vessels with the straining. So long as it doesn't continue after it's nothing to worry about.

I had this regularly up until I was 18 weeks. Have been on a stool softener since then and it hasn’t happened 😊 x

That happened to me in the beginning but it’s not vaginal it’s from straining to push out a hard poop. I take benefiber every day and increased my water intake and I haven’t had it since then.
