Anyone drink Gatorade to help with nausea?

For me personally it's made me sicker and added heartburn to the mix.. I did how ever find a glass of coke or dr paper helped with nausea . I also take zofran for nausea

It helped me to sip cold Gatorade but the after taste was horrid.

Buy the Gatorade smooth and freeze it in ice trays or popsicle trays. Much easier on you!

Try pedialyte! Way less sugar

I drank watered down Gatorade for the electrolytes since my body was so outta whack from throwing up so much. It didn’t necessarily help ease the nausea but helped with my electrolyte balance. I also drank carnation breakfast essentials for the protein, since I wasn’t eating much.
