Broken? Bent?

Hi, I’ve had my nexplanon implant for probably around two months now, and I love it. I feel it quite often to make sure it’s still there, and today I noticed that there’s a small dip close to the middle, and I was wondering if i should be worried about it being bent or broken? I’m waiting on a call back from my doctor, but I don’t know if I want to pay a bunch of money for it to be fine. I know it’s possible some scar tissue might have grown around it too, but i’m just really worried about it not being effective if something happened to it. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex in the last two weeks with it, although we usually double up on protection there were a few times we didn’t. I didn’t even worry about it due to the implants high effectiveness but now with this I’m not sure what to think.
